Complete is a specialist buying group founded by New Zealand travel professionals, for New Zealand travel professionals. We exist to help corporate and premium leisure agencies deliver unforgettable experiences while improving their bottom line.

By pooling the purchasing power of our members, we secure better commercial terms, improved access, and exclusive offerings from the industry's best suppliers from luxury lodges and private transfers to unique tours and custom itineraries.

International Air Transport Association is an international trade body, created over 60 years ago by a group of airlines.  Today, IATA represents some 230 airlines comprising 93% of scheduled international air traffic.  The organisation also represents, leads and serves the airline industry in general.

Travel Agents' Association of New Zealand is a trade organisation representing the travel agent and tour operator distribution system in New Zealand.  

TAANZ works with its members to promote a Code of Ethics and Practice, and to stimulate, encourage and promote the desire to travel. We also work with ServiceIQ to train staff in the skills required for the 21st century – customer relations, selling skills, ecommerce, new technology, the law and the travel industry.

All members must meet strict membership and financial criteria and be subject to at least two financial reviews each year by the TAANZ Bonding Authority. All members participate in the TAANZ Bonding Scheme for the protection of the consumer.

CLIA is composed of more than 60 of the world's major cruise lines and serves as a non-governmental consultative organisation to the International Maritime Organization (IMO), an agency of the United Nations.
